For many years, CHS parents or someone close to the graduate, has made their Panther a memory board as a small tribute to their child. The memory board is displayed during the Sober Grad Night event at the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds. This is a very fun project and is one of the first things students go and look at. It truly is a walk down memory lane for them. A memory board is created on a poster board (20”x 30”) - a full or half sheet will do. No bigger please. You can also have a large picture collage made at Costco or similar photo lab. Both are great keepsakes. You can include photos, poems, decorative items, sayings, stickers or anything you would like to say to your graduate. It can be as simple or elaborate as you like!!! You can talk with your graduate ahead of time and find out what they would like on the board, or make it a surprise the night of the event. All students need to take their board home at the end of the event. However, there are no guarantees that this always happens. With this in mind, please do not use original photos or special mementos. Drop offs can be made starting May 20 to the Registrar's Office (A114) between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
