PowerPt Assignment

At your computer—create a PowerPt presentation with the following slides:

Slide 1: Title slide: Label this slide The 5 Fitness Components.  Include your names on the slide.

Slide 2:  Label this slide Cardiovascular Endurance

List 3- 5 specific training exercises that improve cardiovascular endurance.  Choose exercises that you would enjoy and do yourself.  Remember you need to be performing the activity with target heart rate zone of 60-80 %.  Maintain the activity from 20 - 60 minutes. 

Slide 3: Label this slide Muscular Strength.  List 3- 5 specific training exercises that improve muscular strength. 

Slide 4: Label this slide Muscular Endurance.  List 3- 5 specific training exercises that improve muscular endurance.  You  can use the dynamic health page links for ideas.

Saving AND Copying your work. 
    1. Make sure you save your work to your H: Drive by going to Save As, then Computer, and then finding Home Drive H.  If you do not see an H: Drive, talke to a library staff person.

    2. When you SAVE AS your work to your H: Drive, name your PowerPt using the first and last names of you and your partner.
    After you save your work to your H: Drive, Copy your PowerPt to your teacher's K: Drive by going to Computer and then opening your H: Drive and Copying your PowerPt with a right-click.  Go back to Computer and click on the K: Drive.  Then, click on the Teacher folder and find your teacher's folder.  After clicking on it, open the Assignment folder and find and open your Per. folder.  Then COPY (not Save) your PowerPt inside that folder.  Note: It's important that you COPY and PASTE your PowerPt to your teacher's folder.  If you Save it there, it will look like it is in your teacher's folder, but when you or your teacher try to open it, it will be blank and your teacher will know you didn't follow instructions.
