PRESEASON WORKOUTS
Strength and Conditioning in the Weight Room after school on Mondays and Wednesdays 4pm-5pm
On Field pre-season work to begin 1/9 on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4pm
All current and prospective players who are not playing another sport are highly encouraged to attend.
To participate in all sports and preseason activities players MUST be cleared by the athletics office. Please click here for 2023-2024 clearance information.
2024 Tryouts will begin February 13 @ 4pm at the Varsity Softball Field
